| The Wagon and Horses | Wagon and Horses, 87a Hucclecote Rd, Hucclecote, Gloucester GL3 3TP | Best pub for a cheeky unofficial pub lunch, i.e. closest to the office that isn't terrible. Another Sizzler. |
| The Golden Heart | Birdlip, Gloucester GL4 8LA | About as close as the Royal George, v.good food and a fire(!!) but a bit small. |
| The Air Balloon | Crickley Hill, Birdlip, Gloucester GL4 8JY | Just barely makes it as a recommendation, very much just alright. Go to The Golden Heart if you can it's closer and much nicer, but if they kick you out it will do in a pinch. |

| Twelve Bells | Twelve Bells Beefeater, Ermin Way, Gloucester GL3 4SS | Beefeater you can see on the way to The Royal George. Just dissapointing, too far away for an unofficial pub lunch, and there are much better options for a sanctioned lunch. |
